Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and include all promotional samples or gifts that were part of the order.

  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
